Although, I see him doing what he did with Jack Unless the Emperor can battle time powers with time powers.

@CadenceV2: Btw you can add reality warping to GEOM's abilities. There's a feat of him creating a Dyson Sphere on Mars with nothing but warp abilities. I'm trying to find where the reference is apparently it wasn't long after the Emperor beat the Void Dragon. I'll post it once I find it!
