Jyggalag is in his most powerfull form (when other daedric lords were scared of him). Akatosh is... Akatosh. =)

If Akatosh is depowered, then Jyggalag stomps. If Akatosh isn't depowered, it could go either way but I'd say Akatosh 6/10.

Akatosh definitely, depowered or overwise. Akatosh was (and is) able to guard the plane of Nirn from every daedric prince, possibly even combined, so I don't think this will be a problem. Many users have the misunderstanding that Akatosh had loads of trouble fighting Mehrunes Dagon, who is weaker than Jyggalag, but many people don't understand that this was a very small portion of Akatosh's power. Same as when you use a VERY small portion of his power in the last mission of ESO, you're powerful, but not Aedric god powerful.
