I have no idea but one of the other admirals have the same power of Iceman(probably less powerful, but stil enough to freeze a tsunami and a large portion of the sea, effortlessly) and Akainu is still the boss, so i think he's probably immune to cold temperatures, plus he can use Haki which is a big advantage so i'll go with Akainu

Is this him http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Sakazuki his powers don't seem great enough to even faze iceman .

@hellionvulcan: But he does have Haki, which allows you to touch all intangible things, even if its something like gas or light.
