Aizen v Yamamoto, no zanpactos, pre hogyouku tranformations

Really interested in opinions since he dominated everyone else he fought.

Aizen I think..

Lord no. Why is the world would Aizen stand a change.
If he made Aizen does not have any heal or regenerative powers, so a single strike form The Captain Commander would kill him out right. Aizen has no change in this what so ever.

Yamamoto wrecks.

Aizen himself admitted the Captain Commander is more outright powerful than him (though this was before he knew the Hogyoku wouldn't let him die). He had to prep to seal his bankai and abuse his Shikai because he couldn't stand up to how vastly powerful Yamamoto was.

Let's play.

Yamamoto was stalemated by kyoraku and joshiro, while aizen solod through shunsui, hitsugaya, shinji, konamura, and other vizards. Not to mention he toyed around with a ban kai ichigo after the fight, so the fight didn't affect him at all. Why would Yamamoto win against him?

We didn't even get to see the fight against Kyoraku and Ukitake -- when it flashed back to them they looked tired and beaten while Yamamoto wasn't even phased, I'd hardly say it was a stalemate. It's also irrelevant as all three were using their Shikais -- that actually makes it quite a bit more impressive, as Shunsui's shikai is outright freaking broken as balls. I have no idea how Yamamoto was beating them with his "Play a game" Shikai active.

As far as Aizen, he did all of these things to people who were literally under hypnosis. He even outright stated they were't attacking him when he had Hitsugaya stab Hinamori. You can't attribute that fight as him being more powerful than all those captains put together when he ends the fight by saying this:

Despite Soi Fon, Kyoraku, and Hitsugaya all "hitting" him, he had no wounds on his body. At no point were they actually fighting him. The entire showing is merely how completely and absurdly he can control their perceptions more than his combat ability against multiple foes.

@dredeuced: But ichigo was watching the fight.. So he either switched himself with hinamori at that time, or something..

Yamamoto has more raw power. Although Aizen does have an aptitude for Kido. But Yama should still win though.

Don't know if the Op meant no Banki or just Shikai or no Zanpacto at all.

H2h Yamaji would destroy Aizen.

with Zanpacto Yamaji would still beat Aizen without Hyogoku.

He wasn't letting them hear Ichigo until after they stabbed Hinamori. Just like how he showed them Hinamori's limp body after they did all their actions. Who cares if Ichigo is shouting when you control what they hear? Stuff's op.

Anyhow, for whatever fighting Kyoraku and Ukitake means, without his Zanpakto, Yamamoto crushed Wonderweiss barehanded -- the same Wonderweiss that blitzed Ukitake and put him out of commission. Aizen's got more kido showings, but I have a hard time believing him to be more powerful than Yamamoto without zanpaktos or the hogyoku involved -- Yamamoto literally took an explosion of all of his Ryukin Jakka's sealed flames to the face and survived -- which was stated by Aizen to be greater than city level (speculation by Aizen, but still). Punched so hard he basically disintegrated an incredibly powerful Arrancar. Gotta go with the old guy.
