I don't know much about Molten Man, but on paper he could win.

Spider-Mans webbing didn't work on him, his skin is hot to the touch, etc.

And apparently he's not an idiot like most Spider-Villains.

The symbiote couldnt protect brock because flames were near which revealed skin. Agent venom gave the symbiote total control which was able to hold off the thunderbolts and a heat blast would have worked but I recall Flash' teamates didn't want to hurt flash. I doubt molten man gives a crap about flash so keep spamming heat bursts and blast and he should win.

jacks attacks always left him on the ropes, and i dont think jacks flames get anywhere near as hot as molten mans. Flash would have to do long range attacks that didn't involve the symbiote or bullets. Symbiote projectiles would just turn to dust once it got near the heat and molten man is bullet proof.

Are bullets effective against molten?

If it is then Venom. If not, Molten may have this.

The only Molten Man battles I can remember are from Spiderman's early days (I'm talking about Stan Lee period), if Venom was fighting that version I'd say he wins but everyone's generally improved since then so...

Probably Molten Man. Flash does have the stats to contend as Molten Man was choked out by Norman Osborn once. However Norman had to resort to prep in order to even touch him.
