If Deadshot isn't isn't using any sonics or fire then regular bullets will do absolutely nothing to Venom no matter how accurate they are so Venom takes this.
Flash has shown the ability to shrug off sonics and fire, such as explosions, sonic arrows, burning buildings, etc. So if Deadshot even had those, it's not a guaranteed win. But as far as I know he doesn't carry them, so Flash doesn't even have to dodge. This is pretty much spite.
