Agent Venom is looming over new york city where he sees Black mask's crew and some other gang making a deal. Flash kills most of the mobsters, but Sionis manages to escape but not before being shot twice. Wanting revenge, Sionis sets a trap for Venom after learning his identity through Peter Parker via bribery. Hiring power-houses Shocker, Boomerang, Chameleon, Fly, Tombstone, Lizard, and Mach-V he tells the hired guns to bring Venom's head on a plater or face execution in the hands of Radioactive Man.
