Thor would win if he could keep Smith from touching him. But if Smith rewrites Thor, the battle is over and we get a Smith that has Thor's power.

Good battle idea! I think Thor would do better than Neo in the Burly Brawl against multiple Agent Smiths and could survive indefinitely but amped Smith would be to fast.

I am inclined to say that Smith is much faster than movie Thor .......

Neo was holding the Smiths off by swinging a large metal pole. With the velocity that Thor's been shown to swing Mjolnir even in the movies, it would send Smiths to different states. I think Thor is being horribly underrated here.

Agent Smith wins. He's got the physicals, fighting skill, ability to assimilate others, and you've also got a whole city (maybe the entire planet) full of Agent Smiths. Thor would have trouble going one on one with the Smith who fought Neo in the final fight, he's not defeating all of the Smiths at the same time.

I seriously don't get why people hold MCU thor at such a high standard. The guy is literally nothing without his hammer and even then people act like a man like smith who can effortlessly dodge bullets can't dodge a hammer strike.
