Franklin is slightly more powerful than Galactus, able to, with amps I believe, force him to serve his will and revive him. Abraxas can kill an infinity of galactus. Abraxas is a multiversal abstract level being. He takes it.

Abraxas killing the Galacti was off-panel and we don't know how powerful they were or the circumstances surrounding their deaths. However without the Ultimate Nullifier Franklin can't win. So Abraxas wins, unless Franklin can conjure up something to hurt him, etc.

Full power franklin probalby has a chance Abraxas was only able to roam free after Galactus on 616 died
