I'll also take Franklin Richards, based on hyperbole. Galactus vs. the Phoenix force is a pretty tightly contested battle, and adult Franklin is obviously superior to Galactus, likely significantly so. In addition to that, Phoenix has been at least hampered by the heroes of earth, whereas Franklin has suffered no such low showings.
