Kizaru has the ability to fully manipulate any type of element given in this case he has full control over light itself meaning he doesn't tire out when phasing, reason Flash got MM was the fact that using intagibility uses alot of focus and tires him out. On the other hand...since Kizaru is now an embodiment of light, Flash can simply use speed force to absorb light...so pretty much this fight is donzo.

Every Flash is a time manipulator. Flash didn't create any universes or dimensions, Pandora just interfered when he was time travelling to merge three universes together.

I mean Wally saved the multiverse from being destroyed a handful of time if that's the way you want to go. My point was just asking him to clarify which version.

Flash blitzes. And the intangibility doesn't even matter in any case, it isn't just always active (or else their bodies would constantly be their element, like Caesar Clown). Logias must voluntarily shift into their elements in order to use it, meaning that they must be able to react in time. Considering how much faster the Flash is, he should have no issue taking Kizaru out before he can react. And yes, I know the intangibility taken off here, but still.

The former is an almost useless power that he can only activate when someone with time slowing powers uses their powers stupidly and the latter is something I literally already addressed. Every Flash can do that. It's called time travel and most Flashes have time travel stories where universes get screwed up and then fixed by the end of the story.
