After a few month trial involving a kid convicted of killing his father, the trial comes to an end with the jury having 12 supermen
in the discussion room every kryptonian votes for guilty save for kal-el and so the heated argument begins and lasts for a few hours ,through that time the supermen become very angry and settle for the not guilty
after they leave the room they find warlock giving his not guilty verdict since he has the soul gem and can scan souls
feeling betrayed and wasted their time for nothing, the 12 supermen become mad and decide to have a go at warlock
so the chase begins Warlock quickly tries to convince them but no
so Warlock has to kill the supermen
the gem allows warlock to control souls take them away and do whatever he wants with them
the supermen are at current super level
the battle is in space in the milky way
