Parallax should win this fight here... even if Adam had the Soul Gem it wont be an easy win for Warlock... not against high level Reality Warper like Parallax

Yeah, pretty much! even with the soul gem, it just wouldn't make it a curbstomp, but still a win for Parallax/Jordan! Parallax/Jordan is quite out of Warlocks league on his own :-)
