Hold on, Adam's powers fluctuate like crazy, he has cosmic awareness, which could counteract MM TP and he is quantum Mage, Granted MM is a Swiss army knife version of superman, so this could crazy, granted Adam Warlock is able to spin a cocoon around him at will in a matter of second, usually to protect himself from mortal harm, and usually he would emerge from the cocoon at a further level of physical or mental maturity. so as this is no a KO or a BFR, he could just evolve to the point where Manhunter cannot beat him

1.Adam has CA? Hw would it affect TP?

2.MM is not as strong as Superman, he doesn't have stregnth feats on this level.

3.Last version of Adam was totally magic and it should work on Martian without problems, but I am not sure of his TP defences.

Which of his speedfeats proves that he uses and thath he has high level of fighting speed? Fighting, not flying.

a)that he can do it

b)that he will do it

What kind of reaction/combat speed does Adam have? MM is incredibly fast. If Adam cant hang with him in speed, he wont stand a chance.

Why do you choose a winner in a fight where includes a character that you don't know anything about?

MMH doesnt much because he's so OP with all his other powers like intangibility that he doenst need to bother with moving fast. But he does have feats of him blitzing the heck out of people.

Then I belive we can agree, that speed won't be a factor here. Intangibility wouldn't matter (Warlock is matter manipulator and uses magic energy), only thing that I am not sure is his tp resistance. Based on that Martian should win by TP, but I need to re-read AC, since he met Moondragon and Xemnu there.
