Is Spectre as strong as Eternity?

I never really liked Spectre. Abraxas takes this because I want him to.

Relatively omnipotent,  Heck even DC god and such are only relatively omnipotent.   The thing that must truly be omnipotent must be the supreme ruler of the omniverse itself.

Yes, this is true... but even Classic ION was reffered to an Omnipotent being. Though in reality they are all Nigh Omnipotent beings

How powerful would a near full power Spectre be?

He has to be pretty freakin powerful if he is above a being who was created to be Eternity anti-thesis.

depends on what near full power means, if spectre is backed by the presence then he wins if not it could go either way.

Perhaps. Though my experience suggests otherwise. In any event Spectre should handle this. Do you agree?
