The Galactus of Earth's galaxy appears to be stronger than the other galactus beings. It also depends what time they face each other, because eons ago Galactus had immense power, and could remain full-powered for centuries.

Galactus himself has admitted that his hunger worsened too much during the the last few centuries. Before that, he could sustain himself for decades, or even centuries before having the need to recharge.
