However, no Galactus is ever at full power.  If this is truly a full powered Galactus he might stand a chance.  Also, it sould be assumed that when Abraxas killed the other Galactus' it was most likely by surprise.  This encounter would not be, therefore I think it could go either way.

Abraxas will destroy any Galactus... He is multiversal threat, Galactus is universal.

Agreed. A full-powered Galactus might be able to take him.

The Galactus of Earth's galaxy appears to be stronger than the other galactus beings. It also depends what time they face each other, because eons ago Galactus had immense power, and could remain full-powered for centuries.

The statement above is true. The more Galactus lives, the more his hunger increases.

The Galactus of Earthe's galaxy? That made alot of sense? You mean 616 Galactus, I take it?

Well, since that is the Earth of our primary interest, I think we all understood what he meant.

We generally get the idea, but Galactus doesn't belong to any galaxy, let alone earth's galaxy? Just reads really confusing, is what i'm trying to say. Does earth have a galaxy? or belong to a galaxy (milky way, anybody)

No matter the way he expressed himself, the meaning of what he wanted to say is both clear, and true. Galactus himself has admitted that his hunger worsened too much during the the last few centuries. Before that, he could sustain himself for decades, or even centuries before having the need to recharge.
