Abraxas (Marvel) vs. The Joker (DC)

Abraxas:

The Joker with his new powers of the deformation of reality, he decides to have some fun and travels to the Marvel multiverse. Gradually begin to affect Earth-616 infecting with laughter and destruction. Abraxas, whose purpose is the same, so, destroy the universe decides to confront the threat Emperor Joker is a chaotic and destructive confrontation.

Who will prevail at last?

Emperor Joker:

I'm scratching my head as to what exactly the Joker could do to him. Abraxas simply strolling about the multiverse was threatening to unravel reality. To put him down required a plot device with a lot more kick than Emperor Joker ever had.

When Mxyzptlk got board of Superman he went to see the Joker in Arkham and though it would be fun to see Joker have 1% of his powers, but Joker tricked Mxyzptlk into giving him 99% of his powers and after the Joker did that he warped the entire universe into his own image and the Spectre told Superman that if the Joker reached hid full potential not only the universe would be at risk but the entire multiverse (And possible omniverse) as well.

@jwwprod: technically being a potential threat of the multi verse is still less than being an actual threat, I think. Abraxas needed the rewriting of the multiverse to defeat him, way more than anything joker or mxy ever did in canon

Emperor Joker wins. He would have destroyed the mutiverse under his own power, unlike Abraxas who needed the UN to do it.

That's putting aside the fact that Joker destroyed and recreated the universe as easily as one would put his socks on (this exact analogy was used on panel, iirc), which wasn't his full power either.

Reed explained that Abraxas will destory the multiverse only when he gets his hands in the UN. Otherwise he would have done it already. It's also confirmed in the handbooks so....Joker ftw..

so you basically restated what wavemotioncannon said......so my response is:

@rolldestroyer: what handbook? I looked at the Marvel wiki and Database and Abraxas was in the process of destroying the multiverse and the only thing that could stop him was the UN.
