Battle Conditions:

Aang has access to avatar state. Can use all bending types.

Dovahkiin has all spells in Game. All shouts have standard cooldown. Davoahkiin has Arch-Mage robe and Staff of Magnus.

Location: Winterhold(skyrim).

Then drains Aang of everything he has.

He wouldn't get the chance. Dragonborn level 3 time shout can slow down time to where everything is almost at a standstill, he then drains Aang of his life.

Adult Aang has no showings worth speaking about, he was a flashback character with limited screen time. Dovahkinn is a silent protagonist from a video game, neither make good material for the battle forums.

Mature Aang is basically featless and Dovakiin has insane shouts powers and magic when fully developed.

But if Aang can airblast him away while he is saying the words of time shout, he will spend his close to 30 seconds of time stop trying to get up. and then he is screwed during cooldown since Aang can block his long distance spells and be out of range of spells with shorter range like drain. But if not, the Dragonborn wins.

Well, if you want to go by lore, not game mechanics, Dovahkiin is > a reality warping planet busting god. Seriously, do you have any idea how strong Alduin is? Like, it's not even funny. Elder Scrolls lore is on mega drugs.

For those that don't know, in Elder Scrolls, god=planet. The true form of all gods is that of a planet. All gods, (Alduin is the Nordic god of destruction, and the son of Akatosh) are capable of altering their shape however they please. Alduin's native form, like his father, is that of a planet. But size doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if he's full planet size, or he makes himself the size of a flea, his durability doesn't decrease. The fact that Dovahkiin can hurt him literally means he's capable of damaging, or even destroying entire planets. Not to mention Alduin got his name, the Eater of Worlds, by slaying other gods. Since his attacks don't instantly one shot the Dovahkiin, it's safe to say his durability is similar to that of a planet.

Now I know what you're thinking. The game doesn't seem to match this at all. For example, falling damage and such kills you pretty fast. But that's just it. That's why I say the lore is on such drugs. It's not consistent with the game mechanics at all. Take a look at Elder Scrolls 4. Biologically, the Champion of Cyrodiil should be nothing special. But he literally bests a greater god in combat, no strings attached. Jyggalag was so powerful, entire pantheons of gods feared him and conspired against him. But in Oblivion you're like, "jk I pwn you". Elder Scrolls is full of these "I just punched out Cthulhu" moments.

Based on his feats, Dovahkiin should pretty much be able to breathe on Aang and vaporize him.

@Laurcus: What happens if Aang has mushrooms and you take stamina damage. He seems like the sort of guy that would carry around mushrooms in a plastic bag.

Lets not even get to the modded shouts this man can do.

Straas vi dovah. You do not even know our tongue. But seriously Dovah uses dragon aspect & then drain vitality. Then blasts him with Paralyze spell & the master Lightening spell for the win.

Or Dovahkiin Fuus Ro Dahs him into ash like he can when you have Dragonborn DLC.
