But most of all, he resurrects and controls some of the villains Max has defeated previously, including the real giant spider, the eye of a cyclops, Fuath, and Cyberskull. Even Talon obeys his orders.
Who is the least powerful character who could storm Skull Mountain successfully? Heck, you could make it a team.
