Greenarrow because of prep he could go star labs and get specialised super arrow or something or ask batman to lend the justice buster cos thats technically not team mates. With no prep scorpin 7.5/10

Well, at this point and time, I agree, I do not think he is at his demon prowess as he was in MK4 and the Malibu comics. I can't wait for the next game. Bet he sells his soul to Shao Kahn or something.

Batman option, is not the case as that is banned in the rules. He has teamed with Batman in the past.

However, I do agree with you that he could get a specialized arrow capable of some damage, however Scorpion is still only human (at current.)

At current canon story - dodging bullets, keeping up with the following fighters : Johnny Cage, Kung Lao, Liu Kang, Stryker, Nightwolf, Raiden, Cyrax, Sektor, Sub Zero... I'm sure there is more and I can go on for a while on each individual fight however I do not think that will be necessary.

Scorpion at canon level is a above average street leveler (excluding teleportation as that can make him extremely fast.).

@sinntek1: Is lending gear from friends considered getting teamates i read the rules twice to check. Either way oliver could use starlabs to get some good body armour and many special arrows.

Even Kung Jin could give a good fight to Scorpion and he's nowhere as good as GA.

Oliver can win this, but so can Scorpion. If he can figure out Scorpions style, he can tag him and put him down. I could also see him using a smoke or tear gas arrow to limit Scorpions teleporting and pegging him with an electric arrow. Of course he can always use the tornado arrow.

With Prep Oliver stomps. He has access to:

The Arrow Plane: Has missiles that stagger Wonder Woman, and Force Fields that tanked being next to (within mere miles of) the sun. He'll be completely untouchable to Scorpion, and can essentially blast him to smithereens.

Nuke Arrows: Simulate a Nuclear Warhead amount of power; can be launched from the Arrow Plane and Scorpion gets Nuked

Phantom Zone Arrow: Instant and Inescapable BFR of everything within a 20 foot radius; Oliver has more than enough skill to get a shot in within 20 feet even without the Arrow Plane

Greek Fire Arrows: Release Specialized chemicals that create a fire that never stops burning; I doubt this'll so much to Scorpion though given fire is his element

Quantum Arrows: Release a Localized Version of the Quantum Field that vaporizes everything; they have a low AOE, but can take down beings as high tier as Superman

Cheese Arrow:Turns the target to Cheese instantly (SA Ollie was more ridiculous than Superman and Batman combined)

Moose Arrow: Summons a herd of moose to trample the opponent (SA)

Drones: He can call in drones to missile barrage Scorpion

Nth Metal Arrows: Cut through anything

Gravity Arrow: Increases the gravitational Field in a localized area (around 25 feet or so), and drastically slows opponents down; a normal human can barely move (Oliver has resistance to the effects), and even Scropion will be reduced to below Oliver's speed. From here he can Nuke him or BFR him.

There are many more as well; Oliver has quite the arsenal when it comes down to it.

I actually hate there are never any good Grifter battles, hes no pushover either. I kind of did this because my friend thinks Scorpion is useless.

He's not. He has insane striking power for a street-leveler.

Oh I know he's not. lol. I seriously think this is the best fight possible for him though DC wise. Thinking of some Marvel ones too. So far I would like to do Scorpion vs Luke Cage, but I'm not sure how well hell fire will work on him.
