Alright, two individuals who's actions and influence have molded and changed the course of history and can still be seen today. But who has influence the world more? The King of Macedon or the Son of God?

Jesus easily takes this. I don't see the Church of Alexander the Great and its hundreds of subdivisions all over the place. I don't see people arguing and killing each other over their interpretation of Alexander the Great's words. I understand he had a powerful influence on human history, but really? I don't think anyone can say they've had more of an influence over the world than Jesus.
wait a sec though, Alex has such a great influence, Both atheists and Religious folk still participate in.... and they don't even realize it (half the time)

The whole civilizations as we know it, is the way it is thanks to Alexander the Great.
Also, Jesus say love your enemies, and Alexander said kill your enemies, since there is still wars, Alexander wins.
People kills people for the fact people haves to kill people, is called human nature, other people takes things the other people wants, so they have to kill them.
Since day 1, when the first person saw the second person, the world share just one dream, to kill the other person.

I can see there being some secular figure who is more influential than Jesus. But I don't think Alexander the Great is that person.
Looking it up, it seems like there are about 2 billion Christians in the world. So whoever you chose would have had to influenced more than 2 billion people (plus the various others that are affected by those 2 billion Christians).
Also, while Alexander's role in promoting Hellenistic culture was influential (and you could say it influenced more than 2 billion people), it could well have happened without him. Whereas Christianity is unlikely to have occurred without Christ.
I go with Christ. Christianity not only spread its own religion, but was also key in spreading Hellenistic culture in its own right, and has had more effect on the shape of geo-political divisions than Alexander over the long term. Even in terms of pure killing, certainly more have died through the machinations of Chirstianity than through Alexander's wars.
Jesus, definitely. Society even uses his name as a curse word. When was the last time you heard someone stub their toe and yell "ALEXANDER THE GREAT!!!"?

@nickthedevil: Anything new, yes... entertaining yes... but some people might be offended... but anyhow I'm placing my vote on Jesus since most of the people in this world are Christians... including me xD
@MisterX: Yeah, religion is a pretty serious and important thing... that's why its mysterious and awesome at the same time

Alexander the Great unknowingly paved the way for Christianity. Also, if he had not been assassinated when he was, Rome would've been eventually conquered by him, and the world would be an indescribably different place today.
@Illuminatus: He wasnt assassinated. or at least it can't be confirmed. theres alot of evidence to support both claims... i think he just got sick and died.

This, Alexander the Great was undefeated in battle, He was planning on conquering Rome before it became a world power.

That has nothing to do with the topic at hand though
@XImpossibruX: There is some funny bits here. The Ice Giants one is pretty funny.

Alex would bow before Jesus and beg Jesus not to cased him down to hell. Jesus could do it just for fun.
