She was calling herself Phoenix for a while...but she didn't have the Phoenix Force.

the attack on onslaught looked like it was the phoenix usually her attacks were purple but in those issues her attacks were phoenix colored.

but even if she wasn't phoenix she had similar powers just to a lessor extent she could manipulate atoms at that point.

She was an extremely powerful and skilled telekinetic...she could manipulate things down to a molecular level. Maybe she holds her own against MM (and that's a huge maybe) but that still leaves the rest of the JLA versus X-Men that don't belong in this fight.

Wolverine, Psylocke, Beast, Gambit, Storm, and Cyclops have no business going up against Flash, GL, WW, Aquaman, and even Blue Superman.

Round one is over in nanoseconds. Round 2 is over in seconds.

So even in your best case scenario you have Storm, Joseph and Jean Grey Vs MM, Superman, GL, WW, Flash, and Aztek while Logan, Scott, Betsy, Remy, and Hank fight Batman Green Arrow and Aquaman. You think that's a fair fight?
