1. Superior should win. Does he get any rest or anything? I don't know if it will matter, he has questionable morals and SpOck should 1-shot most of them. Exceptions likely being Deathstroke and Deadpool.
2. SpOck probably. He had essentially plot-level prep.

I'd take Spidey. Boba is the only real game changer.
