Current Spidey's grown a lot, he definitely takes the first two and maybe even the rest but I'm not too sure about Noir or the What If Spider-man. I think he could win against 2099 just barely, some information on no. 3 and 5 would be helpful.

Going by the OP Pete should get past round 1 and 2,Im not familiar with Noir so im not gonna speculate.Pete should take down Miguel pretty easily but WI Spidey is going to own him so bad Hell be dead before he even know the fight has started

noir has spider-sense, organic webbing,super strength, super agility and he uses guns.

noir has spider-sense, organic webbing,super strength, super agility and he uses guns.

Depends on the circumstances, he could depending on the distance from the shooter. 

Spider-sense would also help him from a gunshot even a metre or two away.

Stops at 4, but he can beat all the other rounds depending on how many of 616 Spider-Man's feats you let What If? Spider-Man use.

Didn't Miles Venom-Blast Peter during Spider Men? He could take it.

But one day won't be enough recovery time for Pete even if he does take out Miles and then to go onto Ben his equal. Definitely stops at 2.
