Being in a metal castle isn't going to do much since top tier Lanterns can shield planetary explosions. Not to mention Guy could easily fly out of the castle if it was really too much trouble for him.

Goblin has a slight technological advantage, as well as being naturally superior to Batman in terms of strength and Speed. But, Batman absolutely trumps Norman with his varied, perfected fighting styles, as well as the prep factor and resourcefulness.
Green Arrow VS. Dr. Doom:
Doom outclasses Oliver in every feasible way. I'm not too sure if Green Arrow has ever gone up against a decent magic user, let alone someone as experienced as Doom, but even if he has, Doom's quick and brutal bombardment of tech and magic will be the end of Green Arrow.
Green Lantern VS. Magneto:
Seeing as this encounter takes place inside a metal castle, I don't see how Guy would survive for more than a few minutes. He will only be able to hold out so long against Magneto bringing down an entire castle at incredible speed and force on top of him.
Superman VS. Abomination:
So, you limited Superman's power set. But you didn't limit it enough. Superman would still be able to dodge all of Abomination's attacks and simply outmaneuver him. Although, the fight could go on longer than most would assume. Abomination has great durability.
Sandman VS. Static Shock:
I'll wait for someone to make a clearer case in which they describe how Static will come out of this the victor. Until then, I say that Sandman stomps.
