The assassins definitely have this in the bag. Ezio alone has shown speed on par with Wolverine. As for how they win: it's simple, Ezio uses the poison blade making Wolverine weak. If that works, that is. If his healing factor manages to work off the poison, all they'd do is slash and stab him, hurting him, but lose against him.

Logan should be a bit too fast and durable here.
