If this God spawn then I vote team 1 because Spawn defeated both the Devil and God so I believe he could atleast stand toe to toe with Galactus and Tyrant.

Team 1 wins here. Spawn with his Divine Powers could take Tyrant at full power out or even Galactus as well. Adding Lord Marvel who has the Captain Marvel powers as well as the powers of Shazam the Wizard is just insult to injury here
