I have a few points to make:
 The Captain America vs. Batman debate is, in my opinion, the single most done-to-death debate there is. I have seen it everywhere, all the time, with constant handicaps on both sides. The ultimate is if you give either side prep and weaponry, they'll just bring artillery and kill each other. If you allow usual equipment and a few hours setup time, people can make up 200 different gadgets Batman will impossibly have on him at all times. The fairest way is judo outfits, H2H only, in which Captain America will win 100 out of 100 times. Batman knows every martial arts known to man. If he can last more than 20 minutes in straight fisticuffs with Steven Rogers and still be at a high level of competence, it would be exceeding human possibility. Captain America has been stated that with his superhuman regeneration, his body can keep up fully peaked activity for 8 consecutive hours! It isn't even close. 
 
Bizarro is more or less equivalent to Superman. It does not matter what suit Ironman has, whether it's Hulkbuster or Italian, Bizarro would win with a quick decapitation. Awesomeness =/= powerlevel, and these two character are on extreme ends of that spectrum. Ironman needs to devise over-the-top ridiculous suits to take a punch from the Hulk and live. Bizarro is a carbon copy of a man who has moved planets.
 
Also, Lobo could just grab one of Wolverine's claws as he swipes at him and literally pull his entire skeleton out of his skin with ease.
 
I'm not totally in tune with who Captain Atom is, but Dr. Doom can do tricky things vs. other magic-users. But if he's completely unlike Black Adam, then nevermind.

Silver Surfer has two major abilities to note, both given by the power cosmic: He can absorb any energy out of a target, whether it be Yellow sun energy, Gamma Radiation, or sheer Willpower.
 
Also, he can manipulate matter itself, ergo creating anything he can perceive, like... oh say... a Green Lantern ring? Or how about a Yellow Lantern ring:

Yea, iron man vs bizarro is a pretty lopsided fight.

1.Batman.Better tactician,lots of gadgets

2.Flash stomps.He moves at the speed of light while Pietro moves at the speed of sound.

3.Bizzaro stomps.He is just a dumb verion of Superman and has defeated way better opponents.

4.Spider-man.I dont know much about Blue Beetle.

5.Invisible woman stomps.He has no way of putting her down.

6.Superman.It has happened in the comics.

7.Tough call.I will probably pick Storm.

8.Silver Surfer in a good fight.

9.Mr Fantastic.I dont know anything about Elongated Man.

10.Very tough call.I go with DD due to his radar sense but I can see Dick win as well.

11.Goblin stomps.He outclasses him.

12.Kingpin stomps unless Luthor gets his warsuit.

Flash wins fight number 2. I don't like the Flash. He's overrated IMO. Why is he famous when second stringers like Green Arrow (not really a fan of his either, but still) have richer backstories. Flash had a chemical accident and was stuck by lightening. I apologize to Flash fans. Everyone has a reason to favorite a character. But still . . .

That is not how the Flash came to be at all. The Flash essentially willed his powers into existence. The chemical accident was immaterial. The Flash is not really all to interesting but his Rogues Gallery is filled with awesome enough characters that it doesn't really matter. You need to read more Flash.

Bane you say? I would let him fight against Captain America. I can't imagine that being a mismatch, because where Bane has the strenght advantage, Cap has the skill advantage and his shield. Don't make battles by searching for the characters counter-parts. Simply make good battles.
