2014 Shredder vs Movie Avengers

Fury briefs the team that there is a terrorist (Shredder), looking to poison the city's water supply in an attempt to seize control (kinda mimicking the plot in TMNT 2014)

The Shredder's location is pinpointed on the 60th floor of a skyscraper in NY.

Fury dispatches Falcon, Captain America, Widow, Hawkeye and War Machine.

Due to being previously used, War Machine is out of ammo, and only has his hand repulsers.

Can the team take out Shredder? No BFR.

Shredder has magnetic fields on his wrists. I dont see why he can't just take away caps shield, call forward falcon etc

not to mention he has crazy speed and good strength. he also survived a fall from a very tall building.

cap fell from a much lower hight and struggled to shrug it off

Cap also has a magnetic field on his wrist now...he can just take his shield right back..

I don't think he needs a shield. Shredder has all those blades and landed a ton of hits on the turtles without ever cutting them that I remember.

Any one of the Avengers can solo.

• Cap put half his shield into Ultron. He puts half of his shield into Shredder and Shredder is simply dead.
• Hawkeye can put an arrow in Shredder's eye. Done.
• Widow has her widow's bite. What is Shredder but a guy sitting in a giant. Metal. Suit. Until we see that he is insulated from electrical attacks (and I don't believe we did yet), then we can't assume that he is.
• Falcon can't be hit and can eventually hit something critical.
• War Machine. Well yeah. No question there. Stark's suits can tank 25 mm caliber rounds. Thank-shredding rounds. He obviously solos too.

@leo-343: Cap can do it with support from the others no problem IMO.

One on one he'd give Shredder hell.

How did you determine that they have better stats?

If you can't commit to a debate, why waste your own time posting?

I may have not liked the movie but shredder was pretty badass. Hawkeye, widow and falcon are non factors. cap will put up a decent fight but probably lose.

Shredder probably still takes it.

the turtles on their own had crazy feats

for example they flipped over one of those containers that are on the dock, and he was ragdollling them

sp im guessing hes stronger than them all

plus he can throw lots and lots of knives accurately

@pokeysteve: but they have big shells and im guessing thicker skin?they were able to deflect bullets for quite some time earlier i the movie
