2014 Godzilla lacks the DC and durability of Japanese Godzilla so Ten Tail could one-spot him. Final Wars or Burning Godzilla would stomp Ten Tails

Godzillas Dc and durability is on par with ten tails first form but he is lot slower. Ten tails wins even in first form.
