200 Wolverines vs DC New Earth

Reality Warpers (This includes time manipulation), Molecule Manipulators, Telepaths, Powerhouses (Superman-level characters), and Supernatural/Natural Earth deities (God-level characters) are removed from DC New Earth. This includes technology/artifacts (Like Lex Luthor's Superman Suit) that can "one-shot" all the Wolverines; nothing extraordinarily that powerful can be used in this fight. Only characters ranging from street-level to metahumans are on earth and will have to fend off and defeat the Wolverines. All the characters on DC New Earth throw their differences aside and must prep for the worst-case scenario. They're told that an unstoppable killing machine with a natural killer instinct along with an unbreakable skeleton and instantaneous regenerative healing factor, and in insane amount of durability will come to attack earth. They're given 1 year to prep for the Wolverines. Can DC New Earth stop the Wolverines?

Conditions:

100 Bone-claw Wolverines

100 Adamantium Wolverines

All of the Wolverines told that this alternate dimension is inhabited by blood-thirsty demons who are masquerading as humans. They're told that these "demons" brutally killed all of the previous inhabitants. So, all Wolverines are bloodlusted, but can still think rationally. They have no prep.

All of the Wolverines are dispersed in teams of 40 and are dispersed randomly throughout DC New Earth (land locations only).

DC New Earth Victory Condtion: They DON'T have to kill the Wolverines, but rather incapacitate them, or hold them in captivity.

So, only DC street levelers are here?

The Creeper goes to town on these fools. He can easily handle MOST of the Bone-Claw Wolverine's on his own, and probably more than a few adamantium ones simultaneously.

I added in the stipulation that technology/artifacts that can one-shot the Wolverines are not permitted in this fight (Like Lex's Superman Suit).

I honestly don't know if this is extreme spite or if there's actually an intelligent solution to this battle.

Deathstroke, and Batman get a huge magnet, and there goes 100 Wolverine's flying through the air. And this is allowed under current BIO rules since it isn't doing anything but incapacitating them, it isn't "One shotting them".

However, if for some reason this isn't allowed because the BIO creator deems it unfair, They could simply use jet packs and stay out of their reach, and do something similar to what the spartans did. Build an area that only has one entrance and altogether attack them one by one, or lead them into a room and lock it and fill it up with water :D

Well 40 Wolverines is much easier to deal with than 200, but my points still stand.

Basically, characters that are street-level to Metahuman levels. Metahuman-level characters like the Creeper, Black Canary, Deathstroke, and any other characters that have superhuman physicals, as long as it's not too overwhelming to Superman-levels.
