First form Frieza...the one that casually blew up planet Vegeta? I don't think the Ginyu Force can take him. Even Captain Ginyu was only at about 120,000.

Frieza dies of laughter at the thought of any of the Ginyu Force thinking they have what it takes to stop him.

So Ginyu Force wins.

Barring that, he stomps.

Ginyu himself was worrried at Goku's power level reaching beyond 100,000, so they aren't even a warm up exercise for Frieza.

If Ginyu is no longer loyal to Frieza he may be able to get a change now off I suppose. No real reason is given why Ginyu can't do it to Frieza though I imagine it's a combination of Loyalty and a massive speed difference. But Frieza probably knows about it and would blitz Ginyu unless the initial ambush is Ginyu just firing off Change Now immediately, even then Frieza might be fast enough to dodge as soon as he hears Ginyu shouting "Change!", that would certainly be my go to if I ever heard Ginyu saying those words out of his mouth and i knew his abilities. If they had prep and were smart I imagine Ginyu could switch into Guldo's body so Frieza would blitz whoever was in the Ginyu Body (shitty Decoy) while Ginyu/Guldo froze time and then Tried to Change Now. should be 9.9/10 for Frieza though.

I actually think the Ginyu Force would stand a good chance. Burter and Jeice are crazy fast, Guldo has that time freezing trick, Recoome has some pretty great offensive capacities and Ginyu can highjack his body.

I thought he had a huge power up when he fought Frieza?

He did. He went though a few zenkai's, only to get humiliated by Frieza still.

@jashro44: did he? iirc he got nearly killed by racoom, and got the boost to manhandle jeice and ginyu in goku's body. Maybe I missed something, but I don't think he got beat up between the two fights.

If they get the drop on him & Guldo uses his time freeze technique, Ginyu has a chance to do the body swap. If it fails they are toast. If it succeeds, Ginyu must destroy his original body.

Frieza spanks them for insubordination.

@ssjjanemba: Actually it's sort of unclear how that works. The implication is that Ginyu has used the technique before and was really confused as to why he couldn't use Goku's full power. I think that it is because Goku's power isn't actually IN his body, but in his techniques and ability to manipulate his own power level. So for a being whose power IS in his own body, like Frieza, the switch should retain all of his power.

Frieza was stated to have a PL of around 500,000 (530,000 iirc)
Ginyu was 120,000
Even with the others they get stomped horribly

@theirishdoctor: ginyu already showed es capable of manipulating his own power level, goku still had a base power of 90000, ginyu only unlocked about a third of that power

The Ginyu Forces could win if they use time stop and body switch technique effectively, sad part is, Freiza already know what they are capable of.

They could win if they play it smart. Before attacking Frieza, Ginyu prepares his body swap beam in some other room, and just the moment before he fires it Guldo stops the time, lifts Ginyu, carries him into the room where Frieza is, puts Ginyu just few inches from Frieza, and unstops the time.

If they are lucky with a body swap, then maybe. But most likely Frieza would kill them.

Frieza 9/10 times. Only way Ginyus can win is body switch.
