1 Billion Super Skrulls vs DC and Marvel Earths

The skrulls some how amassed a massive army of billion super skrulls to invade both the marvel and DC earths. The Super skrulls will be divied between the the two eaths who have contact with each other and have 1 year of prep prior to the invasion to prepare for the coming storm.

Rules:

DC/Marvel earths gets 1 year of prep

The skrulls have a massive fleet that they can use in the battle

All super skrulls have the same powers as the Fantastic Four

The Leader has the strength of Superman, The regeneration of Hulk, shape shifting of manhunter, and the speed of captain marvel (DC)

No one who could solo

No celestial beings more powerful then silver surfer

no reality warpers

no magic users more powerful then curent doctor strange

The skrulls win if they wipe out ALL of the super heroes on DC/marvel earth

No bfring the fleet

No devices that could solo

The DC/Marvel earths must survive for 2 weeks to win

Numbers doesn't matter pretty much... Prep + Richards + Tony + Strange + Thor is a win for Marvel Earth and it already happened pretty much. A specially that they are after one big war with Skrulls already. Or X-Men will just use Legay virus (EDIT: One note - it won't be device that will give them easy win, it will just reduce Skrull's army about, let say... 50 %). ;)

I do. I just don't understand why...

With 1 year of prep, given the sheer brainpower and resources that is on these worlds they would not even make it to Earth.

With a year of prep the marvel universe's greatest minds recognise the distinct trail of the skrulls, and use it to find out that they will be invading the DCU. They will follow the inderdimensional path that the skrulls have made and find all of their counterparts in DC. who they will work with to coordinate a massive nuclear strike (using all of the nukes on both planets), that severes the interdimensional link between the universes just as the skrull armada is passing through, thereby effectively decimating the super skrulls. They will then hunt down the remaining super skrulls with their heroes (thor, and silver surfer will lead marvel's avengers. Superman and captain marvel for dc.), thereby minimizing the casualties on Earth's side to zero.

Ray Palmer blowing their minds at the sub-atomic level, Dr. Mid-Nite comparing notes with Reed from his autopsy on Skrull Elektra and possibly coming up with a Skrull specific biological weakness/pathogen as a guerilla warfare-type option, etc, etc...

Without a limit on the number of DC/Marvel heroes, just start stacking the big guns and use prep from the people listed by everyone else really.

I'm thinking Reed, Doom, Superman, Stark, Strange, and Luthor develop a device with mystic and technological components that severely cripple the Skrull army. Then Deathstroke, Batman, Cap, and Nova Prime (who has experience with cosmic warfare) come up with an attack strategy for the strike team.

A strike team consisting of Superman, Silver Surfer, Sentry, Dr Strange, Dr Fate, Martian Manhunter, Nova Prime, Thor, Wonder Woman, Wonder Man, Iron Man, any Earth based Green Lanterns, Captain Atom, Shazam, Blue Marvel, Hyperion, Ms Marvel, and any other heroes needed (though they should really cover it) strike with the tech/magic weapon and the strategy planned.

Shouldn't be that hard really.

Given the rules in the OP, the Skrulls win easily.

Skrulls are greeted by one billion doombots....

No, seriously.... with one year to prepare and the fate of the world at hand, the biggest question is going to be what to do with one billion skrull corpses before they spread disease.

The 2 earths should curbstomp.
