I'd rather listen to Bale than Keaton. Keaton's was just a regular voice, Bale's was closer to the comics description.

If that's what you wanna call it sure. But his voice was described as being like frosted razors, cold, deep, and rough. Just like Bale's

Then it's definitely one of those cases where something might work well on paper, but come out ridiculous in actuality. They should've kept his voice the way it was in Begins, at least it was more comprehensible there. In that video in the OP it almost sounded like he said "You'll be in a vat of jello forever"
So Bruce every time when go out as Batman, he first try to swalow egg, and that egg stuck in his throat ???
@the_stegman: and Bale's is intimidating? If I was Bane, i'll be laughing my tail off trying to understand what he's saying.

@mandog: @solidwall211: Much more intimidating than Keaton.
Keaton's voice is easily superior to Bale's voice, in my opinion.
Yes.

I would describe Bale's voice as "Out of breath fat guy who smokes too much" or "Asthmatic Smoker"

In Begins was okay, then that happened....

Burton, no doubt.
Thing is, Bale sounds ridiculous.
Bale's voice is good for making someone afraid that the human dress up in costume is maybe psychotic, and will maybe really hurt them. It isn't good for suggesting Batman is maybe somethign other than human, which is what batman put work into before he became a more public figure in the JL and such.
It's nonsense to suggest bale's voice matches the description in the comics. Does anyone actually know what 'frosted razors' sound like? No? Didn't think so. His voice could match that description given above, but so could countless other types of voices.
For me personally, I think Scorpions voice in Injustice also matches that description, and sounds a lot closer to what batman's voice should sound like.
Also, this:
I think its Bale by default given that Keaton didn't really have a "Batman" voice. It felt pretty much like his normal voice. I just watched Begins and Bale's voice in that movie is pretty much perfect. I'm still not sure why they changed it in TDK, and then why they persisted with it in TDKR. Now I don't hate his TDK/TDKR voice. I think it works well for the most part apart from a couple of scene where Bale is obviously tired after an action scene and his voice becomes a little difficult to understand. But I still don't get the point of the change.

Not everything in a comic is going to be adapted into movie form. And even if it does, it's not always a good idea.
Begins Bale > Keaton > TDK/R Bale.
Nailed it.
