How much prep do you need to kill Batman

We often look up to Batman as more than a man, even an unstoppable force. At the end of the day, he's still mortal.

The question is, if you wanted to kill batman, how much prep would you need and how would you do it? What is your trap for the Bat?

It'd be pretty hard. He's been buried alive in a straight jacket, trapped in a tank with a shark, gassed, shot, blown up, trapped in a vat of acid, caught in a bull stampede and a bunch of other stuff like that. I'd try sniping him as Bruce Wayne at some charity event or something.

If you know who he is under the mask, you might as well take Alfred ransom, and eventually trap the bat.

Ones does not simply kill the Batman.

Oh and I forgot to mention that he was dropped into the turbine engine of a plane that was in flight, and still survived not only being inside of there, but also the fall down to the ground.

Batman in Pre new 52 has sensed and dodged sniper bullets without looking.

Batman is always with his guard on even as Bruce and he probably will disguise it as he fell or something like that.

I'd say a solid 5 shots should weaken his plot armor to the point where a kill shot is possible

Didn't Jason pass up the chance to kill Batman with a car bomb, simply because he wanted to let him know it was Jason who did it.

It's not just the prep itself, you have to know how he thinks. When and where he would let his guard down. What he would've already anticipated.

two different questions here,,, You can't kill batman unless you kill the whole bat-family because someone else will just take the mantle.. To kill bruce on the other hand really isn't that hard if you know that's whom you are trying to kill

Only person who can actually plan to kill Batman is Batman.

Trick question. No one beats Batman.

1. Be a bum

2. Rally up a bunch of bums

3. Jump Batman

4. Somebody has to bite him

5. He has AIDS

6. The slow knife cuts the deepest

That plan has very few chances of working, because:

1) I'm assuming that you're no Deathstroke or Deadshot, if you know what i mean...also, humans in comics are ridiculously above real humans in stats.

2) Bruce is always aware of everything, even when you thought that you got him distracted, he would be keeping a eye on you, without you noticing.

3) Bruce has dodged sniper-bullets after they've been fired, before.

If Batman knows about you, and finds out that you're coming...then, forget it!...no prep in the world, will do it.

If you have the complete element of surprise, you may have a chance. (i think).

None, you just need a lucky strike or shot. Most of his enemies could have killed him at one point or another, if they didn't all have a fetish for slow-moving deathtraps.

@bat_girl_cc: not all humans. A lot in dc are just average joes. People like Bruce Wayne, Luthor, Shiva, Michael Holt, Richard Dragon, and so on are basically the best humanity has to offer without any enhancements or powers.

But yeah pretty much agree with you. You can give me all the prep and resources in the world I'm still getting my #ss kicked. Give me really high tier superpowers, then I feel a lot more confident in my odds lol

I kill Bruce Wayne (It's obvious he's the Bat) by poisoning him with undetectable heart attack-inducing dust concealed in a newspaper. (an old KGB trick) I walk past him casually, squeeze the newspaper, and the Bat is no more. He is killed instantly and no one knows it was anything more than a heat attack.
