Help finding 70's Batman comic.

Hi. I'm new here but I have been trying to find this specific comic for a long time. It was mentioned in the History Of Batman documentary from the 2-disc Batman 1989 special edition. It deals with Batman hunting down a Nazi war criminal who has been killing off people of Jewish descent. I think the artwork is done by the great Neal Adams.

I'm pretty sure it's Batman#237, I've read it two months ago.The plot you described is the same and it's also made by Neil Adams
