Could George Clooney have been a good Batman?

Could he have been a good Batman if the movie wasn't camp or for little kids? Alongside Christian Bale, perhaps?

Yes, if he had taken the movie more seriously and the plot and script and costume designs weren't so silly. Everyone who was involved in that movie knew how bad it was before it even finished.

Possibly. There was nothing wrong in his Bruce Wayne portrayal but it seemed that he didn't even try as Batman. With a better script, better direction, and a bit more effort I think definitely could have been decent.
