I think if there ever was a solo film it's more likely to be an animated one and I think the current one who plays her in young justice would do perfect although I'd like for Tara strong to play her again.

I agree that Dina Meyer has been the best cast thus far (shame about the rest of the Birds of Prey cast). Can't really think of a lot of young red headed actresses of the top of my head...
