Would Bane still be awesome if he were gay?

This is one of those cases where sexuality makes no difference imo.

Bane has always tried to rape Bruce despite being straight, so I don’t see what difference this will make.

Wouldn't matter much one way or the other. If anything it maybe impact his origin story a bit, what with his being raised in a prison...

He's had sex with some women and he tempted JPV with women and wealth once,but I see him as the guy who does what he wants,he uses then tosses stuff away.

Bane doesn't really find relationships that important and they aren't at all a big part of his story. But I would very much prefer him to be straight.

I prefer straight Bane. Him being gay won't benefit the character from what I can tell.

He would be the same. Unless some writer hinted some way that Bane was homo/bi/pansexual, i dont see why he would be turn into LGBT characther.

The real question is why would he be gay? It is already established that he is straight, changing that would be like one of those stupid cases of forced diversity just for the sake of it.

He's had sexual relations but no real romantic tie so ultimately it wouldn't make a difference it shouldn't effect his character and definitely wouldn't detract from it so why not?

This is dumb why change an already established character wheb you could just make a new gay one... i do noott support the changing of sexuality just for the sake of it. Make a new LGBT character of you want more.
