I like her, but I think she'd be more out of place on your team than Spider-woman, who kind of fits right in with these other iconic characters.

Cap, Giant-man, Wasp, Thor, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Hulk, Luke Cage, Spider-woman and Black Panther. I'd have Pym/Wasp as leader.

why don't we make it more interesting. Build a team of Avengers that has six members and does not include Cap, Thor, Hulk, and Iron Man. GO !

Well, there is my doubt: I've eliminated Iron Man, Hank Pym [sorry, Hank :(] and other male genius as Banner or Beast... so I would ad a Female Scentist ad a last member of the rooster... but... Marvel seem don't have "High Level well known Female Scentist"!... some "avenger level" Science Woman or Girl to suggest?

Well, Kitty Pride is quite a brainer, but not ad Stark/Banner level... other that come to my mind are... Dark Angel??? [Marvel UK, Magical Scientist!]... ora... TOXIE DOXIE? Well, I really love the last look of Toxie, and adding a declared criminal to the Avengers my be interesting... but...
