As of now... just practice practice. 
 
But I really want to sculpt some more.

Stage 2 here.

Stage 1, but focusing on stage 4 and anatomy

Stage 1, drawing is a hobby.  I'm more of a writer anyways..

@DavidR: hahaha, that's awesome and funny, very cool.

With 3d art it's tough to gauge the same way as drawing physically so I'd have no idea were I am.

I want to say some where between 4-5. It becomes a three on bad days. 
As far as how good it looks, that's up to other people.

i think pi is a good number for me. irrational.

Stage 2 due to laziness mostly

I am in "Face It, You Can't Draw".
I don't even remember how to pencil something good anymore.

As of now... just practice practice.  But I really want to sculpt some more.

@DavidR: man, I'm so a sculpture lover but had less clue there than even with drawing as a kid. It's a gift to pull anything like that off with 'real' clay, at anytime ;)

Aaaah, but you can play an instrument or two and I can't. That makes me happy for you but envious for me.

hehe, that's why I never got too caught up over what my fingers could do so long as my brain had some other toy to play with :)

I think the true trick for most is really embracing that 'natural' talent cause so much distracts it. Personally I'd love for me that it's something 'visual' but I'd be just as content with other senses taking up my time too.

I am at the study/practice..my stuff sucks...study/practice phase 
somewhere between 3-4

I'm going to say I'm a Stage 4 to 5 . 

I see myself as an Practice ,practice ...Practice :D (and Practicing some more !) :D Hopfully like wine I will get better with Time ( a 92 white wine to be exact :D)

Thanks for the kind words. I really plan to have a formal study on sculpture next year locally before I go internationally. For the time being, I will be taking up law :-) 
 
By the way,  your sculpture looks great! Is it Conan?

stage 1

Stage one, except I never say "hey, I could draw if I wanted to!" I know I'm absolute s##t and don't pretend to be anything less or more than I am =).

 4 1/2 My art is nowhere near professional comic level, but the description of Stage 5 seems more than apt. 

I'm perpetually mired in stage five, sometimes four if I'm really hung over.

Lol...wheel. I'm level 6, but I'm always 4.

A true art master knows there's no such thing as an Art Master....an artist should always be learning...or give up...lol.
