The Showdown! The Hulk and Captain Marvel

This was done back in the late 80's. Bored at work and inked with a blue ballpoint pen. This particular one is a Xerox copy of the original and some of it is scratchy and parts unfinished. Iron Man seems to have made an appearance also... : P

@DavidR: man I was so into Mar-vell back in the day. Damn even back then your cityscapes and scenery were intricate as hell.

I only have found a portion of the original page, it was supposed to be taped to another (Which is missing). The original part I have is inked in ballpoint that's how I know that but the full Xerox copy made it black. (Obviously)

I greatly appreciate the comments my friend. I must have been sooo bored and what amazes me is that I found the time at work to add some perspective, eyerballed but not too bad. Actually since I was like 16, everywhere I worked looked the other way while I was drawing.

Conscientious worker at my art, may have been looked more as a slacker at work. Hehehe!

Thanks, I will keep it in mind for a future sketch, I am a big fan of the DC Marvel Family! Black Adam being my fave as the villain! Glad you liked it though!!!

haha, yea, pretty much the whole marvel family has my love. I have to admit I'd love to see Robert's take on the cheese, it'd no doubt be epic :)

On the Marvel side though back in the day, I did also collect up Mar-Vell like a fiend. Had all his appearances plus a first print of the death graphic novel that I consider one of the all time cosmic great stories.
