Thought I'd post this quick drawing I did of The Doctor for the "No Spandex" Jam at trdl-r3-weeklyjam on DeviantArt.
"Theme Jam: No Spandex. The concept is any character that doesn't have a "costume" with very deliberate quotes there, ie. no spandex, custom armor, etc. Keep this one in the realm of what wouldn't look out of place on the streets today.
