Photo Manipulations

first off welcome to everyone, wether they intend to post their works here or just look at the pretty pictures :)

i'm creating this thread for all the photo manipulators out there so they can come in and show off their creations from time to time, maybe we'll have competitions here.

if anyone has a request for manipulations they would like to see post requests here and i'm sure either me or one of the other artists on the site will do something for you.

to start off this thread is one i did of 'the death of superman', so that's the topic for the thread at the moment.

anyone else want to contribute a pic they've done of the death?

Ha, you're pretty good at this photo maniping stuff. I have a few here, check 'em out:

I don't know if you have the same concepts of photo manip like me, but these are just heaps of filters, but I cheated on the first one and used brushes and gradient maps, however, the last one is a true photo manip in my eyes. Awesome idea for a thread too!

GOMZ I just realised it's for superhero stuff. -_-

one of my mates did that on another site, apparantly he used a filter for photoshop called 'shredded', i haven't been able to find that filter myself though...

I hate finding renders to use. : < I have no Superman ones either.

some are really hard to find, i've found some good ones on several sites though...

Ok, just a quickie but you're photo's are soo hard to manip because of the really bright background... throws the contrast off for everything else...

I do some photo manipulation, but I just started working in 3D. So what exactly do I need to do to post one of my pictures?

post whatever you want :)

there are 2 ways to post your pic's on this site...

1, you can upload your pic's to the site itself and link from your page in 'my vine'

2, you can upload your pic's to a seperate location without size constraints (photobucket is quite a good one) and then hyperlink from there.

if you right click on the picture and click on copy shortcut you can paste that into messages or PM's.

that'll do the trick
