ISO a comic book artist for a job

I am a published author, and a writer for television and movies as well as a comic book enthusiast. I am looking for new aspiring talent to work with me on a graphic novel project. In particular I am looking for people who are very new to this business and want to break into the business and begin a career in this industry, to make professional submissions to comic book publishing companies. The project is a graphic novel (no series) and in total should be about 75 pages. A versatile artist who can take direction would be ideal.
