Finally decided that just bringing my wacom tablet to work wasn't practicing with it, so I busted it out and whipped up this little sketch.  You all remember Anthy? And her fondness for hoodies?

I use a program called Corel painter, which comes with the Bamboo Tablet pen when you buy it. I'm actually pleasantly surprised with the authenticity of the tools, the grainy pencil and smooth pencil tools really feel close to genuine.

So what do you think? I know it's messy, but it's a start.

@TypingKira: it's a great start :)
like how your experimenting with the lines, gonna make for some interesting tricks you pick up for doing hair with the tablet.
Keep up the good work.

@tonis: Thanks!!

I watched a vid on youtube of Olivier Coipel drawing Girl-Loki, and that's where I got the idea for the lighter lines to represent the hair.

I'd like to put one up every time i have work.
