I didn't know what else to title this to entice participants, but questioning people's ability usually works. For this challenge (secretly just a way for me to see cool art) you must create a Lantern Corps member. The catch is, you must do it with Wildstorm characters. Below is a list of suggested characters and their likely slice of the spectrum (for color choices), but feel free to go wild.

Majestic: Will
Midnighter: Rage, Fear
Apollo: Love, Hope
Jack Hawksmoor: Will, Fear
Zealot: Rage, Fear, Will
Grifter: ???
The Doctor: Compassion
Tao:  Will, Fear
Deathblow: Death, Life

You don't have to do them all, these are just suggestions. Pick one or your own.

@thegreatfour: My practice has made my drawings from stick figures to anatomically-incorrect blobby things. :P
So yeah, I went from kindergarten style to third grade style.

@Icarusflies: Then practice more. My drawings get better by the month. The guide books help a lot too.

no rule saying you GOTTA DRAW your vision either Icarus ;)
I tried drawing when I was a kid, and realized I'd never get my hands to make what my head sees. There's plenty of ways to accomplish that task.
They all do take practice and learning though, can't avoid that.

@tonis: Pretty much. I couldn't draw what my head saw when I was younger. But I kept drawing and now I feel fairly confident in my skills.

yea, it was tougher on me cause I wasn't really looking to be a penciler.
I get where your coming from though, if I did want to draw what I make, I'd take your strategy. Being more interested in modern animation & photographic techniques it made more sense for me to go other routes.
I do still practice like a madman though, and past the confident mark sometime back, that is actually the big key to artistic freedom ;)

That's actually pretty excellent, and nice sampling of characters. I'd love to see it colored.
