Costume Contest #40 - Team Uniform

I got this idea while trying to come up with something for the Hulk to wear. It stumped me until I thought of making an Avengers uniform for him. 
 
There's been a few teams who've used unified costumes, The Fantastic Four being the most obvious. G-Man wrote an article about it back in Nov of last year.
But what would an Avengers uniform look like if they all wore one? Or the Justice League? Or your favorite collection of Mutants?
Pick your favorite team, and design a new costume that will reflect that teams image in it. You don't have to do the whole team or anything like that, just use a member or two that you like and show them in the new duds. 
Bonus nods if you use both a male and a female to show the design in both fashions.

I like that option, sure why not. Basic premise is more on designing something to work across multiple heroes anyway. No need for it to be an already made team. Original teams are more than welcome :) "

Here's my submission, it's my own group called The Sharpshooters. A group lead by Hawkeye to do secret undercover missions.

Originally I started designing these uniforms for the Teen Titans, but Dom Dom and her lightning fast art skills beat me to it (I was still sketching out ideas when she posted her finished artwork!) so I reworked the idea for Young Justice instead.

I wanted to create a simple outfit that uses a basic template for the costumes but can be customised for the individual characters (kind of like the original x-men).   

I wanted to to use black and only one colour (again similar to the x-men). I was going to give each of the characters their own colour that would tie in with the colours used on their regular costumes but i noticed that most of the characters used red in their costumes so I went with that.   

I also thought it would be cool to incorporate a stylised version of each of the characters symbol/logo into the uniform.
