Okay for this one the character power base will be a world element, either wind, rain, snow, lightning or earth. You can choose only one element though. Contest ends Wednesday Sept 23 so get cracking

Dont Have Much Story For Him, He Can Fly, Hes Composed Of Raw Electrical Energy, His Sword Staff Thing Conducts Electricity Into Powerful Blasts, He Can Also Shot His Electricity W/o The Staff, And Can Teleport In A Flash Of Lightning
I chose wind, but there's a real heavy cloud theme on her, plus she looks a bit young. Derrrp.
Her boots let her skate in the sky, her cloudy scarf can hurl tornadoes, and her main weapon is her goose unicycle that can shoot multiple wind pressures from the seams of its lower beak, stretch its neck to do some head-whipping, and blow things away with a close-proximity grind of its nimbus-wheel.
Both she and the goose unicycle are yet to be named, but bonus points to anyone who gets the hidden reference to this design.
ACID RAIN , He was in a acid rock band and made a "bad" deal with the devil to ruin other bands gigs by raining them out. He got the power to control rain but it was acid rain and on his first try at ruining a show he wanted to be front row to see their faces as their dreams were spinning down the drain. It was on this first try that he found out that he himself is also effectted by the acid rain and he dies a horrible death like all the rest of the crowd of 100's and the other band, execpt for the drummer who went on to take Acid Rain's place and join his old band and then they went gold with their song Rain, by The Beatles, from the 1970 album Hey Jude.

He got the power to control rain but it was chocolate rain and on his first try at ruining a hard drive he wanted to be outside thier window to see their faces as their dreams were spinning down the drain. It was on this first try that he found out that he himself is also effectted by the chocolate rain and he dies a horrible, chocolatey death like the other two guys sitting at the computer uploading a video, execpt for the drummer who went on to take Chocolate Rain's place and usurp his youtube account then he went gold with his song ChocolateRain, by Tay Zonday. "
