@Decept-O: lol, at least you know a bad pun when you say it. I will have to give you some lessons on clever quips to say, though I could come up with a ton of bad puns right now, I will behave myself for a change. I will have to give this one some serious thought if I enter since I've already done a couple of reptillian hybrids for someone at CV already.

The Viper Organization is a secret organization whose motives and goals are still unknown. It mark itself as not being affiliated to Cobra nor the Joes as proven by their constant distruption of the operations of both Cobra and The Joes - some extent even during when the two are fighting, they will come and attack both groups.
Mistress Viper's first appearance cause Cobra's Baroness to be in a coma for 6 months and Storm Shadow nearly losing his arm if not Snake Eye's entrance to the fight. Mistress Viper seems to have a weakness with Snake Eye's though their fight still ended with a draw and she planting a kiss on Snake Eye's helmet. As to what the kiss means... still remains as a puzzle to the Joes.

Mild-mannered porn star Lex Dangler awoke from a long illness provoked by the many poisonous and infected reptile bites he received on the set of his latest movie, Snake Thighs, to find that he had been completely transformed! The various reptile toxins and bacteria had mingled with the STDs already in his system and mutated him into a wild-eyed monster.
At first he didn't know exactly what he was and confined himself to his room for weeks, with only the Internet as his companion. After what seemed like hundreds of dead-end Google searches (Lex wasn't very bright), he finally determined that he had been transformed into -- a chameleon!
Lex soon learned to harness the camouflaging powers that his metamorphosis had granted him, but noticed that the camouflage never worked on his clothes. Unfazed, he donned the closest thing to camouflage he had in his house, a leopard-print Speedo, and took to the streets to fight crime as best he could under the (misheard) name of the 80's Boy George hit, Kama Chameleon!
